Job Title: Secondary English Teacher (Grades 8–10)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Secondary English Teacher to teach students in Grades 8 to 10. The candidate should be skilled in delivering engaging lessons, strengthening language proficiency, and preparing students for academic excellence in line with curriculum and board requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver structured English lessons for Grades 8–10.
Teach grammar, literature, writing skills, and comprehension effectively.
Prepare students for school assessments and board examinations.
Design lesson plans aligned with curriculum guidelines.
Use interactive and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance.
Provide constructive feedback and support for student improvement.
Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
Encourage reading, creative writing, and critical thinking skills.
Participate in school activities, meetings, and curriculum planning.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate or Master’s degree in English or related field.
B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
Ability to engage and motivate middle and secondary school students.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in secondary grades (8–10).
Experience in CBSE or ICSE curriculum preferred.
Proven track record of preparing students for board examinations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
