Reports To: Human Resources Director
Position Overview
MegaMart CA INC is seeking a detail-oriented Seasonal ADP Administrator to support payroll and HR system operations during a peak operational period. This temporary role will assist in maintaining accurate payroll processing, HR records, and compliance across multiple departments and locations using the ADP platform.
Key Responsibilities
Support administration of ADP systems (Workforce Now, RUN, Time & Attendance, Benefits)
Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing, including hourly and salaried employees
Maintain employee data, job changes, wage updates, and terminations in ADP
Review and audit timecards, PTO accruals, and attendance records
Generate payroll and HR reports for management and compliance purposes
Assist with benefits administration support as needed
Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws
Serve as a liaison with ADP support for issue resolution
Support managers and employees with ADP self-service questions
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll data
Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience working with ADP payroll and HR systems
Familiarity with payroll processes and timekeeping systems
Experience with multi-state payroll preferred (California experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and discretion
Preferred Qualifications
Prior seasonal, contract, or temporary HR/payroll experience
ADP certification or training
Knowledge of California employment and payroll compliance
Compensation
Hourly rate or salary based on experience
Overtime eligibility in accordance with applicable laws
