1. Manage all tech aspects of the platforms (digibank, Treasures, LMZ, Live Enriched, Study Abroad and eLVB website till it is integrated)
a. Liaison with the regional teams for platform upgrades/new features/bug fixes
b. Should be able to update website occasionally eg when there is urgent interest rate change request
2. Manage Analytics, SEO and end-to-end project execution to drive higher traffic and acquisition volumes
a. Manage the web development and SEO agency
b. Drive initiatives to continuously improve User Experience
c. Ensure timely performance analysis, action and reporting
3. Manage website content review and deployment to ensure target achievement and user engagement
a. Conduct content audits to maintain hygiene, compliance and eliminate dated/ redundant information
b. Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards
c. Ensure timely execution of content plan to grow web traffic and Installs
· Skills Required
o Excellent at project management and stake holder management
o Excellent content writing and reviewing skills. Having worked on blogs, infographics, eguides is a plus.
o Expert in SEO &Web Analytics
o Experience in managing tech platforms. Experience in CMS management is a plus
