Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Manager to lead and grow our SEO & Digital Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization principles and best practices, and possess excellent leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership & Management:Lead, mentor, and train a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support on technical and strategic aspects of SEO.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new SEO team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• SEO Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for clients, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, technical SEO, and local SEO.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, including website traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Client Communication & Relationship Building:Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to discuss project progress, address concerns, and build strong relationships.
• Present SEO campaign results and insights to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Industry Research & Best Practices:Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Conduct industry research and identify new opportunities for SEO growth.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team through training sessions and workshops.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing SEO teams.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
