SEO Manager – Programmatic SEO AskDIYA (On-site, Hyderabad – Hitech City)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager (7+ years) with strong expertise in programmatic SEO to scale organic growth across millions of high-intent student queries. This role is critical in building scalable SEO systems that drive traffic, leads, and revenue through automated, data-driven page creation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute programmatic SEO strategy for large-scale content generation (thousands/millions of pages)
• Identify keyword clusters across student journeys (courses, colleges, exams, locations, cut-offs, etc.)
• Work closely with product, tech, and data teams to build templated, scalable landing pages
• Drive organic traffic growth, improving rankings, CTR, and conversions
• Conduct deep competitor analysis and identify content gaps
• Optimize internal linking, crawl efficiency, and indexation at scale
• Build and manage SEO dashboards (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Experiment with AI-driven content workflows and automation
• Ensure technical SEO best practices (site speed, schema, canonicalization, etc.)
Requirements
• 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with proven success in programmatic SEO
• Experience scaling large websites (e-commerce, marketplaces, classifieds, or edtech preferred)
• Strong understanding of technical SEO + content SEO + automation
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4
• Experience working with developers on SEO implementations
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Bonus: Experience with Python, SQL, or AI tools for SEO automation
