Job Description.
The Scrum Master role advocates and advances modern, Scaled Agile delivery practices and evangelizes great design, engineering and organizational practices. Accountable for solution delivery management as relevant to their teams e.g. capacity management, forecasting, prioritizing Risk, compliance ,Release change management adherence, and supporting audits. Ensures that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with Product Owners, Development teams and other stakeholders. Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment, and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers. Leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization.
Responsibilities.
• Support application development teams with Enterprise Change methodology, processes, deliverables, etc.
• Assist with Agile related routines (including but not limited to Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, SOS, Retrospectives ,PI planning activities) and support the active management and disposition of decisions, issues and risks. This facilitation is expected to leverage core BAC tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint etc.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (including Development teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, RTE etc.).
• Should be versed with agile metrics reporting to track Team progress.
• Understand and make connections throughout the Mortgage Data technology process to ensure roadblocks and impediments are removed.
• Should have experience on applications having well defined CI/CD Pipeline.
• Communicate, influence, and negotiate to obtain agreement between partners and escalating items, when needed, to ensure execution activities remain on track.
• Should be able to coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices.
• Represent the application development team in various Agile, governance and status related forums.
• CSM and SAFe 5 certifications preferred.
• Development experience on SQL, ETL, and Hadoop will be key plus.
Work Timings.
• Normal working hours 0+:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
