YOUR ROLE
As the Scrum Master, you will enable high-performing agile delivery across CTIS engagements by coaching teams and stakeholders in Scrum practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

YOU’LL
Establish and coach Scrum practices
Facilitate agile ceremonies
Support backlog management with Product Owners
Remove impediments and manage risks
Drive transparency through metrics
Coach teams on agile behaviours
Align teams across workstreams
Drive continuous improvement
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Experience as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead
Strong facilitation and coaching skills
Experience delivering complex tech or cyber projects
Knowledge of agile and hybrid delivery
Strong stakeholder communication
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
