Follow the company process to make sure a property has a clear title

Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property value
Should have good knowledge of real estate properties available within the city.
Stay current with real estate markets, trends, and best practices
Search open listings to find properties
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
