School Success Partner (Math)
EdLight is searching for a School Success Partner in the Los Angeles area to support on-site implementation and adoption of our platform. This is a part-time, hourly role ideal for former or current math teachers or coaches who enjoy working directly with educators around student work and instructional decision-making.

Our platform allows educators to capture, analyze, and act on handwritten student work so that every student’s thinking is seen and valued.
About the role
This role focuses on weekly, on-site support for partner schools using EdLight. You will help teachers successfully implement the tool by troubleshooting, identifying barriers, and supporting analysis of student work. This is hands-on, school-based work with flexible scheduling during the school day.
Los Angeles area, in person at partner schools
Approximately 4–8 hours per week
$30 per hour
Flexible within the 9:00am-3:00pm window, based on school needs
What you will do
Visit partner schools weekly to support EdLight implementation
Troubleshoot technical or workflow challenges with teachers
Support teachers in analyzing student work and using insights to inform instruction
Identify common barriers to adoption and communicate trends to the EdLight team
Collaborate with school leaders, coaches, and EdLight staff to improve usage and impact
What we’re looking for
Prior experience as a K–12 math teacher or math coach
Instructional leadership or coaching experience strongly preferred
Comfort working directly with teachers in classrooms or PLC settings
Strong communication skills and reliability with scheduling
Flexible availability during the school day
Must meet school and district requirements for on-site work, including a federal background check
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 8.0 per week
