Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations: Manage the school's front desk by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Visitor Management: Ensure a warm and hospitable environment for all visitors, including parents, students, and staff. Register and guide visitors as needed.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records.
Communication: Effectively communicate with parents, students, and staff to relay important information, announcements, and updates.
Scheduling and Appointments: Coordinate appointments for parents and staff with teachers or administrators as required.
Emergency Response: Act as a point of contact during emergency situations and follow established protocols to ensure the safety of students and staff.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in basic computer applications (Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
