School Principal

We are looking for a lady to take over as the Principal of our newly-established futuristic school located in the heart of the city of Pune, India. She must have demonstrated proven leadership skills and a passion for steering a new school to great heights. She should be able to manage the needs and requirements of students, staff members, parents’ community and government officials to ensure that there is a productive learning environment and permanent enthusiasm in the school.

Major Responsibilities: Collaboration with teachers to create teaching schedules and processes for administrative and academic excellence, ensure adequate students’ admissions to the school, create and maintain the budget for the school, maintain discipline in the school, communicate with parents, board members and other stakeholders, etc.

Eligibility Requirements: She should not be more than 45 years of age. She must have a MSc/M.A. as well as Masters’ degree in education. She should have served either as a Principal/ Vice Principal of a school or must have served in any other senior position at a school
