Job Description
1. Classroom Teaching
• Teach basics of:
• Alphabets (phonics)
• Numbers
• Colors, shapes, and general awareness
• Use storytelling, rhymes, and play-way methods
2. Lesson Planning
• Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans
• Design fun activities (art, craft, music, games)
3. Child Development
• Support emotional, social, and physical development
• Encourage creativity and confidence
4. Classroom Management
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom
• Handle children patiently and positively
5. Student Assessment
• Observe and track child progress
• Prepare report cards and feedback
6. Communication
• Regularly interact with parents
• Attend parent-teacher meetings
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (any subject)
• Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Montessori / Early Childhood Education (ECE)
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
