Job Description
Role and responsibilities
1) Take round of all the classes to observe the proceedings at least once a day.
2) Assist the CH and take over the role of CH/Academic Incharges in the event of their absence from the school. Also, assist CH/AI in maintaining other records.
3) Observe the classrooms keenly making note of the ambience and class management.
4) The teachers are taking proper care of small kids during the lunch time and ensure that kid finishes the lunch.
5) There are no open electric wires in the class room or any other area. All the wires are properly covered and out of kids reach.
6) Act as liaison between parents, students, administrators and teachers.
7) Coordinating the arrival of new staff members and orientating them to the school environment, staff and students.
8) To ensure that all students are wearing proper uniform and a diary note should be sent in case of any violation.
1+) No. of student in each class and total strength to be on tips.
10) Record of Present/Absent student should reach to Principal by +:00am every morning so that Principal can make call to the parents of regular absentee.
11) Total No. of staff at centre (No. of Pre Primary and Primary teachers, No. of office staff and No. of support staff) and out of which total number of present staff to be on tips and send the attendance sheet daily to the HR.
12) Ensure that every class attendance register is completed, checked and signed by the CH.
13) Ensure that nobody uses the mobile phones during school hours
14) All the reports that are prepared at the centers should be submitted to the HO such as Student attendance report, Staff attendance report, Admission enquiry report, Withdrawal report, Employee service record.
