Scheduling Coordinator (Seasonal)

Team player who can also work independently
Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling systems
Familiarity with Canadian geography is an asset
Routing/logistics experience is an asset (not required)
Responsibilities
Schedule and assign work to service technicians
Create, edit, and maintain daily and weekly schedules
Build schedules at least two days in advance
Track time-off requests and availability
Maintain organized scheduling documents and planners
Communicate daily with field staff and management
Update technicians on route changes and schedule adjustments
Support operational planning and daily execution
