Have a good understanding of all Clients Contracts and the SLA’s contained within
Have a good understanding of all internal Operational Level Agreements and the application of them
Have excellent understanding of all internal processes and procedures and adherence of them
Have excellent understanding of all internal call logging / scheduler / tracking tools to meet Service Level Agreements
