Your Role
As Scale Coordinator, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
Process inbound and outbound truck loads by weighing, recording, and validating scale tickets
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of weights, commodities, and shipment details
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, site procedures, and legal weight requirements
Generate and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and required shipping documentation
Communicate with drivers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
Maintain organized records and complete end-of-day and month-end reporting tasks
Identify and escalate errors or inconsistencies that could impact billing or operations
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Scale Coordinator if you have
1–3 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or data entry roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with drivers and operational teams
Comfort working in a fast-paced, plant-based environment
Experience in transportation, manufacturing, or scale operations (asset)
