SAVE Personal Banker

Purpose of the role:

Acquire high value new to bank customers through industry best pricing offered by Equitas
This role is also responsible for Deepening the size of the relationship Manage with existing set of clients by
cross-selling products and services as per the profile && need of the customers
To ensure high quality delivery of all banking services and products to our clients in a fair and transparent
manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire high value new to bank customers to Bank on a monthly basis flag them on the system
Handle the service requirement of customers are taken case in a prompt and pro-active manner
Use wallet profile sheet to track accounts and products with other bank and transfer the same o Know
the customers business to proactively provide financial solutions
Sales across all product segments- TPP, Assets, FDs, TDs etc
Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues and Managing Operations like A/c opening, Fixed
Deposit, Lockers, and Forex etc
Deepening of existing Current account && saving account relationships
Activation of customers in digital channel
Generation of referrals from internal database
Report Generation && filing
Branch Operations and Audit Compliance
Compliance with KYC, AML, audit and other regulations in all branch banking operations
