Roles and Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the risk infrastructure and risk technology framework for IDFC First Bank - Support the risk function by efficient and effective execution of risk strategies across all lending platforms, FICO Blaze and POSIDEX - Drive the deliverables on FICO BLAZE/ POSIDEX and Multi-Bureau to ensure strict adherence to project timelines - Collaborate with the business/ product/ IT and project team for delivery of any project impacting FICO BLAZE/ Posidex or Multi-Bureau - Ensure documentation of key risk indicators and controls for all activities within scope - Lead the review and assessment of the asset portfolio and early warning signal effectiveness to ensure that portfolio risk is minimized - Ensure that Posidex dashboards are generated, disseminated and followed-up appropriately in adherence to defined procedures and quality standards to eliminate data sync and quality issues - Drive engagement with the business teams for prioritization of business initiatives
