Hexaware is looking for experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions resolving employee grievances and retain talented workforce.
Role demands:
• Provide people strategy support to Business Unit leaders
• Focus on employee experience
• Provide advisory support to managers on people issues
• Drive employee development initiatives
• Responsible for PMS implementation and post-performance review decisions.
• Employee Communication and policy education programs
• Design and participate in employee communication programs
• Generate, analyze and present data on people aspects of business for decision making.
Required Qualification:
• The ideal candidate for the role should be an MBA in HR with 2-5 Years' experience with good understanding of business HR function.
• Should have experience working with an IT company.
Soft skills required:
• Effective inter-personal and communication skills.
• Effective presentation Skills.
• Strong creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work.
• Ability to lead and work in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, ability to learn, adapt and convert challenging situation into an opportunity
