Job Description
Global expert in macro-minerals, PHOSPHEA, a subsidiary of Groupe Roullier (France), has 40 years of experience serving the animal nutrition industry, and offers a wide range of macro-mineral-based nutritional solutions to meet the needs of all the sector's players.

In this context, we are looking for a:
Accounts Executive – AR and Taxation M/F
Permanent contract based in Chennai - India
Your role:
Responsible for AR and Taxation of the company under the management of Finance Controller – India, who will define and drive the administrative management (processes, laws, etc.) and the financial management (treasury, Management control, credit management, and etc.) of the subsidiary. The candidate shortlisted shall apply the General management objectives and decisions as well as the current regulations (finance, tax, and customs).
Your main tasks:
• Accounting of Receivables and monitoring the bank statement on daily basis and knocking off the receipts with the books;
• Daily interactions with sales on operational matters relating to advance receipt, credit availability;
• Updating collection status to the sales teams on monthly basis;
• Initiating communication and providing heads up before the book closing on the cases requiring write off's to access the provisions required for bad debts;
• Overall Management of Credit Insurance – application for credit, renewal and closure;
• Preparation of GSTR1 – Reconciliation with Sales and Sales return Accounts before 8th of every month;
• Evaluation of GSTR 2A/2B – Reconciliation with expense account and follow-up with the vendors who have provided services and not filed the return;
• Completion of GSTR 3B on monthly basis before 18th of every month;
• Working with audit office for closure of GSTR +;
• Audit co-ordination for Sales, AR and GST Matters;
• Other ADHOC Reporting requirements on AR and Tax Matters;
• With the support of HQ IT department, implement and manage the finance and accounts software.
Your profile:
• Finance degree or Bachelor in Commerce or Master in Commerce
• You have a previous experience of minimum 2-4 years in a core Financial position, ideally in Audit/Accounting firms
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong knowledge of the financial management local processes in an international environment
• IT software management
• Management knowledge
• You are autonomous, dynamic and have excellent communication skills
• You master Integrity and confidentiality
