Job Description
Dear Candidates,
Currently we have an opportunity with Wipro Ltd. Looking for Immediate opportunity for SAP BW Developer at Mumbai Location.
Skills Required:
§ Problem troubleshooting and resolution for escalated calls
§ SAP router setup and OSS configuration
§ Setting up SAP Logon groups
§ Database restoration and recovery
§ SAP re-installation and configuration of SAP Instance raised due to Incident
§ Planning and managing support packages and kernel patch upgrades, client copies/transports
§ Planning and executing database patch upgrades
§ Database Verification - Checking Physical Structure
§ Evaluating Results of the DB System Check
§ SDCC monitoring and management, Configuration of EWA
§ Defining standard operating procedures for backups and restoration. Change management etc.
§ Automatic Note application through SNOTE
§ Maintenance and monitoring of DR standby server replication, if available
§ Homogenous system copy raised due to incident
§ Configuring re-configuring system log/alert thresholds
§ Guiding the teams technically in all areas of service defined within SAP Basis areas
§ Coordination with and supporting the functional team as per requirements
§ Profile/Role management and authorization management and recommendations based on best practices during day to day operations
§ Responsibility of entire Basis operation and internal and external escalations
§ Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents
§ Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
§ Change management – Planning, Implementation and Execution of C3 Change requests
§ Performance tuning suggest by OEM
§ Updation and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management
§ Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions
§ Planning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery procedures
§ Maintaining and updation of Infra AS IS / Infra Documents
§ Incident / Problem / Change management
§ Reinstallation and configuration of server raised due to Incident
