Job Description
Our firm, Santacruz Private Ltd. is a 10 year old MNC with offices in New York and Ahmedabad focused on the telecommunications industry.

We are looking for fresh graduates who want to build a challenging career in the BPO industry.
Location : Ahmedabad (work From Office),
Shift : US Shift( 7:00PM/8PM TO 4:AM/5 AM) Night Shift .
You will be responsible -
1. Handling American Customers over the phone.
2. Accountable - should accept responsibility for tasks.
3. Selling the products and services to the clients of the company and convincing them about their usability and advantages.
4. Maintaining the interactions with the active clients and identifying new clients as well as new business possibilities
5.Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
6.Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
7.Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
What we are looking for :
1 Proficiency in English is must.
2. Understand People speaking in an American Accent.
3. Good Phone skills, able to communicate with US based customers
4. Should be a team player.
5. Working knowledge of relevant computers.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Persistent and Result Oriented.
