Manager - Financial Reporting & Statutory Compliances International KPO Location : NoidaDepartment : Finance & AccountsManager/IC Roles : ManagerTeam size : 7- We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager of Accounts & Statutory Compliances who will manage and ensure timely monthly reporting of accounts and take care of statutory compliances including direct & indirect tax compliances (reporting & litigation), coordinating for GST & SEIS refunds, and liaising with internal and statutory auditors.- This position reports to the Group Manager Finance & Accounts / CFO. Our preference would be for Qualified Chartered Accountants with 7-8 years of prior work experience and/or semi-qualified candidates with 10-12 years of prior work experience.What you will be doing :
• Monthly Reporting of AccountsAs part of your portfolio, the candidate is expected to ensure monitoring of the regular accounting and financial functions of the organization, including :- Ensuring proper maintenance of accounting records in computerized environments with periodic monitoring of the HO & Branch Accounts.- Monthly preparation & submission of Financial Statements to executive management for their review- Monitor accounts receivable and cash flow including government benefits/refunds and capital efficiency ratios to ensure the smooth functioning of financial operations- Timely preparation of annual reports, analysis of the expenditure monthly to control expenses- Maintaining MIS & reports entailing budgeting, cash flow, turnover, customer outstanding, and collection statement; evaluating them for facilitating the decision-making process.Supervision of the AR & AP Processes with the stakeholders.
• Focus on Automation & Tally Features- Work with the team to automate the invoice process & expense module to integrate Tally Prime with banking, sales & purchase ERPs solution- Automate the accounts payable function with greater integration between systems
• Statutory Compliances & Litigation Support- E-filing of returns and their assessment which includes Income Tax (including TDS, Transfer Pricing, Advance Tax Projections & routine implications), Routine & Case specific issues under GST and P.F. etc.- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual report filing of STPI- Monitor banking requirements under FEMA, RBI, Refunds (service export incentives, SEIS), GST refunds, and other licenses against exports besides coordination with STPI, Banks, etc.- Handling cases at Assessment Level for Group Companies and presenting before the DCIT, CIT, etc on behalf of the company in Scrutiny Related Matters under The Income Tax Act, 1+61 or under GST.
• Liaising with Auditors & Accounts Finalization- Preparation of Balance Sheet & Final Accounts of All Companies.- Ensuring properly maintained statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the Companies Act & Schedule III norms.- Liaising & Coordination with External Auditors for successful completion of Annual Audit and completion of appropriate ROC / MCA Filings- Liaising & Coordination with Internal Auditors for the successful completion of Internal Audits on a quarterly basisWhat You Need for this Position :- 10-12 years of experience (preference is for ITes / BPO / KPO experience)- Multi-function experience within the finance department for managing monthly reporting & quarterly presentation of results to the Board- Strong knowledge of Accounting Packages viz. Tally Features for automation, audit & Advanced Excel Knowledge- Strong knowledge of provisions of TDS, Income Tax & GST provisions as applicable to BPO/KPOs- Expert knowledge in Auditing & Accounting Reporting Standards applicable to SMEs as defined under the Companies Act, 2013.
