Job Description

- Drive branded retail marketing programs & digital initiatives-> Create brand shop as a destination store to achieve business objectives & store differentiation

This involves annual, quarterly and monthly planning of marketing activities:

- Exclusive marketing programs in association with external partners

- Always on marketing activities with sales events and digital initiatives

- Regional and state ATL & BTL marketing investments and activities basis partner store priority

- The person should be aware of the latest retail and digital trends and with ears in the market to come up with effective solutions.

- Stakeholder management is an integral part of the profile/role. The incumbent will be expected to work and liaise with internal and third party stakeholders to facilitate projects and program execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Exclusive retail marketing activities and programs planning and execution

2. Annual and quarterly planning and budgeting

3. New digital marketing initiatives and partner digital enablement to drive omni-channel presence and experience

4. Agile and innovative marketing solutions to drive sales and market share

5. New store launch marketing to create awareness, drive footfalls and exclusive marketing programs

6. All marketing activities should help create brandshop as a destination store with premium imagery

7. Drive store footfalls for effective lead conversion with focus on premium products

8. Region, state and retail partner specific engagement activities: Provide specific marketing solutions to enhance sales and market share

+. Stakeholder management across product, corporate marketing, Marcom, regions and agency teams

KEY RESULT AREAS :

1. Sales (sell out) growth, premium product contribution and market share

2. Effective branded retail experience for consumers at stores

3. Digital marketing activity metrics leading to footfalls and consumer lead conversions

4. Budget planning and ensuring activities are within budgets

COMPETENCIES :

1. Strategic thinker with ability to translate activities to execution

2. Stakeholder management with ability to navigate in a matrix organisation

3. Agency and external partner management

4. Good written & oral communication skills

5. Time management

6. Ability to manage delivery on multiple projects at the same time
