Role : Sample Entry
Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with LIMS or similar database software.
Qualification : Any Graduate
No of requirements : 2
Location : Mulund (Mumbai)
Year of Experience : Previous experience in a lab environment or data entry position is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
Job Descriptions
Sample Reception & Verification: Receive incoming samples, verify documentation, and check for integrity upon arrival.
Data Entry & Logging: Register samples in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or logbooks with 100% accuracy.
Labeling & Identification: Meticulously label samples and assign unique identification codes to prevent contamination or mix-ups.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all records comply with ISO 17025, GLP, or GMP regulations.
Communication: Coordinate with clients or couriers regarding sample status and notify superiors of discrepancies or rejected samples.
