JOB TITLE: Sales/Stock Associate
LOCATION: USA, BAPE
JOB TYPE: Part Time
BAPE is a leading premium streetwear brand that offers iconic designs and original patterns such as "BAPE® CAMO", "BAPE STA™", "SHARK HOODIE" and "BABY MILO®". In its global expansion, BAPE now has presence worldwide in the US, UK, China and various Asian countries. Best known for its unique collaborations, it is highly supported by a wide range of influencers.
As a member of the BAPE retail team, you will serve as an ambassador of the BAPE brand and help us keep our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and brand experience at our retail stores.
Responsibilities
· Deliver exceptional customer brand service and prioritize the customer shopping experience.
· Achieve sales target goals and develop professional sales techniques.
· Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandise, collections and brand history to maximize sales opportunity.
· Actively maintain housekeeping, cleanliness and visual standards of the store (including, but not limited to, replenishing stock, organizing shop floor merchandise, checking tags, etc.)
· Assisting in preparation for in-store release and marketing events
· Contribute to the team’s working environment by adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
· Organizing and maintaining the inventory area in a systematic manner daily
· Participating in monthly inventory count
· Communicate any potential health, safety, or material loss situations to store management.
· Frequently required to stand. May be required to crouch, kneel, lift and/or move up to 50lbs, climb ladders as needed.
Personal qualities & qualifications
· Previous experience working within retail, hospitality or service role.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Track record of understanding and delivering of instructions and policy
· Team player and committed to contributing towards a positive work environment and culture.
· Consistently punctual and reliable
· Able to be flexible with work schedule (expected to work weekends and evenings)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
