Located in Eveleigh with flexible working arrangements, requiring 50% office attendance
Salary ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading


About the role

The Salesforce System Analyst works in the Data Operations team to support and enhance the Salesforce platform, including improving system functionality, maintaining platform stability, managing user access and data security, resolving complex system issues, delivering documentation and training, and collaborating with business, vendor, and technical teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high-value Salesforce operations that meet organisational needs.


Your responsibilities:

Enhance and optimise Salesforce to meet organisational goals and ensure policy compliance
Lead the design, configuration, testing and rollout of new features and integrations
Resolve Level 2/3 issues and work with stakeholders and vendors to improve system reliability
Uphold data security and governance through effective control of access, roles and data integrity
Strengthen platform performance and user capability through release management, documentation, training and targeted reporting.

You will demonstrate:

Stakeholder engagement experience across Government, NGOs, or the private sector.
Advanced Salesforce certifications.
Strong skills in Salesforce administration, support, and configuration.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practice, governance, and security
Experience across the full product lifecycle.
Commitment to the Department’s policies and frameworks.
