Position: Salesforce Solution Architect
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Location: Pune Employment
Type: Full-Time Travel: Required to client locations as and when needed
About the Role:
Weare seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, robust, and innovative Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce expertise, mandatory certifications, strong technical skills, and the ability to align business needs with technical solutions while leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design: ● Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with client requirements. ● Provide hands-on guidance in implementing best practices across Salesforce products, ensuring optimal design and performance. ● Designsolutions involving Salesforce integrations with other systems, such as ERP, Marketing Cloud, and third-party tools.
2. Requirement Analysis:
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs.
● Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and workflows.
3. Project Leadership:
● Support delivery teams by guiding solution implementation with technical expertise.
● Drive project governance, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
● Overseeand mentor development teams, ensuring quality and alignment with the proposed architecture.
4. Collaboration:
● Workclosely with cross-functional teams for ensuring project success
● Coordinate with functional leads, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Certifications & Expertise:
● Provide technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce Cloud offerings such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
6. Team&Stakeholder Management:
● Manageescalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
● Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the go-to expert for Salesforce solutions. Required Qualifications and Skills
● Salesforce Expertise:
● Mandatory certifications:
● At least one Salesforce Architect certification (Application Architect or System Architect).
● Exposure to FSL, Analytics and MuleSoft is a plus.
● Technical Skills:
● Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security, data modeling, integration patterns, and design principles.
● Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Integrations, LWCs and other custom development.
● Project Management:
● Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
● Ability to collaborate on multiple projects and ensure delivery within defined scope and timelines.
● Collaboration & Leadership:
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders and ensuring smooth project execution.
