Job Description
PERMANENT
Provide technical capability, technical design and direction over the development, configuration and day to day operation of specific solutions on the Salesforce platform.
This Includes
Being involved in the conceptual business architecture
Understanding the business outcomes required
Working with functional roles, business analyst and other members of the delivery team to bring solutions to life with scalability and growth in mind
Stakeholder management for team/client relationships/projects they’re responsible for.
Create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining further requirements.
Review solutions and recommend improvements, assisting with the backlog grooming and contributing to the roadmap and strategy for the Salesforce platform.
Assist with the mentoring of more junior Salesforce developers and perform code review of their work.
Contribute to the wider team culture, championing, owning and delivering superb system experiences across Les Mills platforms.
The Role
We're looking for a Salesforce solution architect within our Salesforce team. We are a highly integrated team looking after our Salesforce instance, constantly looking to improve and innovate across our sales and service business processes, giving our users and customers the best experience when interacting with our platform.
Skills And Experience You'll Need
Proven experience with designing and delivering both functional and technical solutions to the highest standard, relying on industry best practices, resulting in scalable, maintainable and highly performant system.
You Will Ideally Need Experience In The Following
At least 6 years of experience, developing and delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform using code and declarative tools.
Outstanding familiarity with the Salesforce platform capability and its various clouds.
Solid knowledge of Apex, Salesforce Flows, LWC, Java Script.
Experience with agile development practices.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
Other Desirable Experience
Salesforce Architecture certifications
Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud consultant
Experience with delivering Salesforce CPQ solutions
AWS development knowledge
Dell Boomi platform familiarity
Integration platforms familiarity
