Job description
Description:Network Operation Centre (NOC) Engineer have Following main roles:To ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.Faults are resolved within SLA as agreed with customer.To provision customer network services on Access/aggregation equipment based on MPLS TP.To provide required support services to Field support teams.Must be willing in working in shift duties.Good communication skills.Required Qualification and Experience:Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering (preferably in Electronics and communication)Good Knowledge in Switching and routing, IP fundamentals, Subnetting.CCNA course is additional advantage.Good knowledge in SDH/DWDM equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.Good knowledge and understanding of the fiber network, optical power budgetAt least 1-2 Year in NOC related operation mainly in MPLS-TP and SDH transport field.Basic understanding of Linux

This is a remote position.
We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Engineer to contribute to the development, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce platform solutions across various clouds (Sales, Service, B2B Commerce, Experience, Loyalty). The role will support technical design, estimation, and integration of solutions as part of a larger Agile delivery program. The candidate will document specifications, contribute to quality reviews, and support continuous improvement initiatives while working alongside platform leads and solution architects. Responsibilities
• Design and configure Salesforce platform solutions with focus on B2B Commerce, Sales, Service, Experience, and Loyalty Cloud
• Develop and deploy custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and configuration tools
• Support technical lead with design documentation and development estimations
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
• Review and validate 3rd party deliverables for quality and compliance
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation of functional and non-functional specifications
• Work with QA to define and support test strategies
• Support DevOps processes and CI/CD practices
• Participate in platform maintenance and continuous improvement
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical mentoring within the team
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience
• Experience with B2B Commerce, Sales, Service, Loyalty and Experience Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I & II and/or App Builder (mandatory)
• Experience designing enterprise-grade Salesforce applications and integrations
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and test automation practices
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments with 3rd party validation
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills
• Prior experience in consumer goods or tobacco industry is a plus
• Familiarity with Next.js and PWA development is desirable
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Available to join immediately or within 2 weeks
• Salesforce Certifications are mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience required.
• Experience with multi-cloud implementations and Agile methodologies is essential.
