Position: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant – CRM Functional Specialist

Certification: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (Must)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Service Cloud implementations, including configuration and optimization
Design and deploy case management, knowledge base, and omni-channel support
Automate workflows using Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate into scalable CRM solutions
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure end-to-end delivery
Requirements:

Hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
Strong knowledge of customer service processes and automation
Ability to manage client interactions and solution workshops
Experience with integration tools and third-party service platforms
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
