Job Overview
We are looking for a pleasant and competitive virtual promoter who thrives in attracting new customers. The successful candidate will play an important role in achieving customer acquisitions and revenue growth objectives through virtual promotion of the products of one of the worlds top electronics brands. You must be comfortable making dozens of product/services presentations, generating interest in prospective customers and qualifying them for sales.
Your daily goal as a V-Promoter with Maxicus: To maximize customer experience for your customers
• Demonstrating and providing information on promoted products. Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders
• Promotion of the product
• To Identify interest levels of customers and accordingly promote products
• Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selection Responsible for attracting new customers and helping the company reach revenue targets
• Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
• Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways
• Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers
Basic Requirements
• Excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written .
• Minimum one year experience in sales/International Call Centers/Brand Retail Stores Etc.
• Exposure and understanding of [Industry] business processes
• Typing speed should be 35 words per minute with +5 % Accuracy.
• Candidate should be clean shaved and well groomed.
Skill Set We Are Looking For
• Clarity of Speech in language supported by agent (English and Hindi mandatory)
• Accumen for sales.
• Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Analytical mind attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Mobile technology / Consumer electronics product would be preferred
• Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourceful
• Ability to demonstrate product and showcase benefits
• Rate of speech adaptable to customer conversation
• Extremely good Grammatical and sentence formation skills
• Good vocabulary and use of common phrasing in language supported by agent
• Proficiency in reading and comprehending the written English language
• Attentive listening able to listen and probe in order to recognize important information and identity customer needs
• Patience to resolve complex issues and customer demand beyond policies
• Negotiation skills and provide effective rebuttals to objections raised by customers/ caller
You Have An Edge Over Others If You
• Are a graduate with at least 1 year of experience or Diploma with min. 3 Years of Experience
• Are as customer obsessed as we are
• Are willing to go beyond the boundaries of a job description to learn and execute
• Can adapt to changing business needs and customer demands
