Job Description
CTC - upto 4 lakhs for beat room trainers
Min 3 years of total work experience
Minimum 2 years in sales or sales training
Minimum 2 years as a trainer
Experience in telecom/handset industry
Good comm skills
Should be willing to travel100% Field job - Coach the Xtream Fiber Executives on the field and shadow the executives on the field/client locations; conduct fitness checks, generate TNI and conduct refreshers accordingly
Knowledge of prepaid ,DTH, Postpaid products/ Handset experience preferred
Should have done OJT (On Job Trainings)
Graduate
Own vehicle is a must
