Sales Trainer

As a Sales Training Coordinator at our dealership, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our Sales Team members. Your primary responsibilities will include introducing various Toyota tools to the Sales Team, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and facilitating training and assessments.You will be responsible for tracking member participation in training programs, assessing the performance of each member post-training, and ensuring 100% successful Key Initiatives (KI) assessment completion. It will be essential for you to encourage the religious use of tools like Lakshya & RAPL among team members and nominate individuals for TKM Training as needed.In addition to these responsibilities, you will need to develop and implement annual and monthly training plans, analyze TKM assessments, and provide guidance to the team based on the assessment results. You will also be required to track individual performance, provide need-based training to low-performing members using the PDCA cycle, and prepare the team for new model launches and competition.Your role will involve conducting gemba visits to gather information about competitors, segment trends, pricing, and features. You will also be responsible for grading team members based on their performance, implementing and improvising SOPs, and ensuring compliance with SOPs.The ideal candidate for this position should have a Graduation in Technology along with an MBA in Sales & Marketing. Experience in MIS, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet usage is essential.
