We are looking for a 1-3 yrs experienced Sales Assistant to support our sales team in handling customer inquiries, managing leads, and assisting with daily sales activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in daily sales operations
Handle customer calls and respond to inquiries
Maintain customer records and sales data
Follow up with potential customers and leads
Help in preparing sales reports and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Support in achieving sales targets
Requirements
Basic communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, Email, etc.)
Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Skills
Sales or customer service experience
Good communication in Hindi and basic English
