Sales Telecaller

Delcon Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Telecaller to join our sales team in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our real estate projects, and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company projects, properties, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
Confident and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/CRM is preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with telecalling, sales, real estate, or customer-handling experience will be preferred.
Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up schedules.
