As a Sales Team Lead at Thrillophilia, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Set clear sales goals, targets, and KPIs for the team, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Lead by example, actively participating in sales activities, building relationships with key clients, and closing deals when necessary.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and suppliers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges for the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product offerings.
Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Implement and utilize CRM systems effectively to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline management.
Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and compliance standards, providing guidance and support to the sales team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify sales opportunities and optimize sales processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools and technologies.
Familiarity with the travel industry and a passion for adventure activities and experiences is preferred.
