Roles and Responsibilities

#Candidates should have 3 - 5years of experience of selling residential properties. Candidates with experience in Independent Floors/ Builder Floors sales in Gurgaon will be preferred.
#Should be capable of building and managing a team.
#Collaborate with team Members to achieve better Results.
#Provide inputs to marketing and product research team to built strategy
#Contribute towards organizational sales goals and revenues.
#Should have Excellent communication skills and be highly confident
#Well versed in dealing with clients and Developers
#Excellent Negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
#Willingness to learn new skills and take new responsibilities
#Has a growth mindset, self motivated and passionate for sales.
#Basic Proficiency in MS Office - word, ppt and excel.
#Should have a 4 wheeler
#Immediate Joiners are preferred
#Understanding clients requirements and creating sales funnel
#Prepare and deliver appropriate product presentation to client
#Organise meetings with prospective buyers and suggest properties best suited to them
#Follow up with clients and handle objections
#Negotiate and close deals
#Build Developer relationship
#Building and managing a sales team of 4 - 5 team members.
#Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
