Hourly Rate: $27.26 + loading (as per the Commercial Sales Award 2020)
Casual Contract – 25 hours per week
The Opportunity
Nestlé has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Support Quality Controller to join our team on a casual basis (approx. 25 hours per week).
This role sits in Nestlé Professional team where we have a comprehensive product range delivering Culinary Food Service solutions along with Soluble coffee solutions, Liquid and Roast & Ground coffees. Leading product brands such as Maggi, Buitoni, Docello, Nescafe, Buondi & Milo.
Reporting to the Operations & QC Administration Manager, you will provide operations support and quality control support for Nestle Professional customers in Brisbane by providing ongoing preventative maintenance to all Hot & Cold Beverage Machines dispensing Nestlé beverage products.
A day in the Life…
You will join a passionate and dynamic team where you will work on market leading brands.
Providing equipment, technical and operational support, and training to customers in various Customers, including hotels, aged care facilities, schools, and Clubs in Brisbane, extending to the border of New South Wales (an extensive list of locations available).
You will become the subject matter expert on our Beverage Solutions and provide service by way of preventative maintenance on all Nestle owned Beverage equipment.
Support all machine installations and replacements and provide customers with training on the fill & clean process along with minor fault-finding resolution.

You will have the ability to work well with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
You will be able to commit to 25 hours per week (days of working are flexible)
You must have access to your own vehicle and a full driver’s license. You will be reimbursed for travel expenses
Full Australian working rights and applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
