Urgently required SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE for Logistics Industry
EXPERIENCE: - 0-2.0 Years

LOCATION: - THANE
ANNUAL SALARY: - 2.00-2.50Lacs per Annum
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle overall sales support RFQ and quotations .
• Act as the first point of contact to handle and resolve sales requirement.
• Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient solutions to close customer and onboard .
• Conduct email, calls & texts communications and follow-ups with customers.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers as per requirement.
• Develop, Implement and manage online marketing strategies.
Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Candidate should be from digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Ability to understand customer issues and help create solutions.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in supply chain sales support is preferred
• Freshers with good English communication (verbal & writing) can also apply.
