Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and prospects from the provided sales data.
Convert potential leads into clients by explaining products/services and addressing customer queries.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication to improve conversion rates.
Collect feedback from existing clients regarding their experience, satisfaction, and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client conversion and relationship management.
