Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer feedback calls after installation/service
Register complaints & raise service tickets
Provide basic online support (call/video)
Coordinate with service engineers for visits
Handle AMC/CMC follow-ups & order booking
Requirement:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel
Experience in customer support / coordination preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
