We're Hiring! Sales Assistant – Stirling Women Tauranga Crossing

Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Tauranga Crossing, Tauriko
Availability: Must be available to work across the full week (including weekends and public holidays)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail sales is essential
What We’re Looking For:
✅ At least 2 years of proven retail sales experience
✅ A passion for people and product – you're confident in connecting with customers and helping them find what they need
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
✅ Full availability across the week
✅ A love for sportswear, sneakers, and leading brands like Nike, Adidas, Champion & more!
What You'll Be Doing:
Engaging with customers and delivering outstanding service
Hitting daily and weekly sales targets
Merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards
Learning about new product drops and sharing your knowledge with customers
Working collaboratively with a tight-knit team to keep the energy high and the store running smoothly
