Full Job Description
MINIMUM 2 YEARS WROK EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL OF GOLD & DIAMOND JEWELLERY
To achieve individual sales targets by engaging with the customers, explaining the offerings of the store, assisting them in choosing the jewellery and completing the sales transaction
Display the products in every counter
Greet customers when entering and leaving the store
Counter sales of jewellery
Showcasing products to customers in a systematic and secure manner
Perform basic math functions, give estimates and collect payments
Generate Invoices & Notes for customers
Customer relationship management
Provide back end marketing customer support
Understanding the customised software and using it to document all records and maintain the system
Operate registers, scanners, scales and credit card/debit card terminals
Update all the social media platforms
Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner
Maintain accurate daily cash register
Maintain daily physical stock register
Manage all orders from customers
Coordinate with artisans and suppliers for all customer and stock orders
Manage the factory (place orders, check status, enter the items, display the items)
Drafting letters and other documents and making excel documents and other daily administrative tasks
Skills Required:
Ability to use a calculator and sell products
Communication skills – Must have a good command in English
· English – Speaking & Writing (Compulsory)
· Hindi – Speaking
· Bengali – Speaking
Customer service skills
Computer (E-mails, MS Office & other basic software's)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
