Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, corporate partners, and high-net-worth individuals.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Client Meetings & Pitches: Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our services and convert leads into clients.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and finalize agreements.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular reports on sales growth and forecasts.
Corporate & Vendor Networking: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to build connections.
Candidate will get Performance based Incentives as well.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & REQUIRED SKILLS
Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of work experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Minimum 60% or above in 12th Standard
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic understanding of sales and CRM tools.
