Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating revenue for our company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in lead generation, counter sales, and indoor sales.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and prospecting
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements
Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences as required
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role
Proven track record in lead generation, counter sales, and indoor sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry event
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 50 per week
Salary: From ₹20,000.00 per month
