Job Title: Receptionist – Real Estate Sales Office
Location: Mansarovar Extension, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Industry: Real Estate – Residential Sales
Experience: 1–3 Years (Real Estate preferred)
Role Summary We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front desk at our real estate sales office located in Mansarovar Extension, Jaipur. The role involves greeting visitors, handling communication, maintaining visitor records, and assisting the sales & CRM teams with coordination and documentation tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome walk-in customers and channel partners
Manage front desk operations, attend incoming calls & transfer appropriately
Maintain visitor log and daily walk-in report
Provide preliminary project information and connect customers with the sales team
Coordinate site visits & schedule meetings for the sales team
Handle incoming/outgoing couriers, documents & inquiries
Support sales & CRM teams in filing, printing, and documentation tasks
Ensure reception area is tidy, organized & professional at all times
Assist in serving refreshments during
