General RV Center is hiring immediately for a Sales Receptionist in our Orange Park, FL location

• Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly.
• Answer and direct incoming service calls. Provide customers with company information such as store hours/location, and answer other general inquiries.
• Assist with managing daily Service Log.
• Schedule appointments and assist with pick-ups.
• Monitor parts orders to keep Service Advisors informed of status.
• File service work orders and service receipts.
• Other duties assigned by Service management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior office experience is a preferred.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment .
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
