Oction Agency is hiring independent, commission-based sales partners across the United States and Canada to sell websites, AI-SEO, lead generation, and marketing services to small businesses and professional-services firms. Pure commission, no cap, full flexibility on hours and territory. Our killer pitch: clients see a free, fully functional website preview before any financial ask.
What you will sell:
- Custom websites, designed, built, and launched by our team
- Velocity (flagship): a custom website plus a monthly AI-SEO retainer on a 6-month commitment
- Lead generation campaigns that fill the client's pipeline
- Marketing services: content, campaigns, and digital retainers
What you will do:
- Prospect and book meetings with SMB owners and professional-services decision-makers
- Run discovery calls and present the Velocity offer with a live website preview
- Hand negotiated deals to Oction for contracting and payment
- Refer AI-ready clients upstream to Oction Labs (referral commission paid)
Compensation:
- 20% commission on every deal you close, including collected recurring retainer revenue
- Performance bonuses when you hit monthly and quarterly sales milestones
- Paid monthly on collected revenue only. No clawback except refunds. No cap.
What we look for:
- Proven B2B or local-business sales experience (agency, SaaS, media, or services)
- Comfortable with cold outreach, walk-ins, referrals, and follow-up
- Consultative, honest style: we win by being more affordable than the client expects
- Self-managed independent contractor based in the US or Canada
Pay: $2,000.00-$20,000.00 per month
