About the Kotak Sales Officer Programme
The Kotak Sales Officer Programme is an innovative opportunity for those looking to elevate their banking careers in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Developed in partnership with Manipal Education, this programme equips aspiring bankers with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the industry.
Participants will receive targeted training tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clientele, setting the stage for significant professional growth in the banking sector.
Programme Highlights:
• Post Graduate Diploma in Relationship Banking completed in just 1 year.
• A monthly stipend of Rs. 2,500 during classroom training.
• An internship stipend of Rs. 20,000 per month.
• Upon successful completion, a starting salary of Rs. 3.5 lacs per annum plus incentives for candidates in Jaipur.
Candidates can also access a specially designed loan to cover course fees, with EMIs starting only after the course is completed. Additionally, upon fulfilling 48 months of service with Kotak, 70% of the course fee will be reimbursed.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 60% or above.
• Age: Must be under 26 years.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to engage in field sales of BFSI (Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services) products to clients in Jaipur.
• Basic knowledge of computer software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
